A busy week for some Run Rhaw runners!
It was the Chilli 10K (entries open soon for next year and it will sell out, get intae it).
Up and Running events at Mugdock, and the Kippen trail race.
Good to see so many RR colours doing so well.
Entries for the 12 hour race should open this week - there have been a few delays with the entry website - it will be posted on the socials when they are opening so keep an eye.
This coming weekend a bus (or two) load of us heading across to the JMW Ultra - we will try and post updates throughout on the socials - The Run Rhaw Roundup page on faceybooks will have updates.
And if you're not making that but want to be part of the team - you can join us tomorrow at the Run Rhaw park for some of this
