I like this time of year. The races start to come thick and fast, and there is so much variety of them.
Ultras, people in training for spring marathons, and people starting to look at some shorter 10K races that will be coming around soon.
It always feel like when the nights start to get lighter people get a new lease of life when it comes to training. It's easier to get out the door, the wind and rain doesn't ever seem as harsh, and at times it can just be all more fun sounding.
I like the winter, even more so if you've had a good training block with some good sessions. You've trained hard over the poor weather months - race racing is looming and it's time to get the reward from all the hard miles.
And if you've had an easy winter....then we can get started with this session tomorrow;

Hope to see you there :)
