Happy New Year to everyone.
I'm looking forward to another year of Run Rhaw and seeing everyone push themselves and improve.

This will come as no surprise - but to get the most out of the session aim to run the 6 minute effort around 10K pace - then 5L pace for the 4 minute efforts, then a wee sprint finish for the last efforts.
