It's a bank holiday today. But I don't work in a bank :) Run Rhaw is on as always.
I had a bit of a weekend, hence the later than usual email. Even though it was going to take me ages to get everything sorted for this week, and it's arrived much later than planned, I'm still glad I made the effort and got it done. I'd have been annoyed all week had I not sent the session out as normal. I think it's important to do what you say you are going to do, even when at times you really don't feel like it.
Apply that to whatever you see fit :) Hope to see you down there tonight, and if not - enjoy the session on your own.
