And there we go. One month of the year done already.


I know many people reading this will have made big self promises at the new year, and for most that done that, it's probably not went the way you hoped it would.


January can be tough, so don't beat yourself up if you're one of those people. It can be hard. The nights are longer, the weather is harsher, and if you don't have a solid plan then it's easy to take the easy option.


Committing to a plan makes it easier for me to get out the door when I don't feel like it. I like the structure, and I spend so much time thinking about other peoples running it's good to just start my watch, see what the workout is, then go for it.


The Monday sessions help too - start the week right and the rest of the week takes care of itself. Here is this weeks session;
