I really admire people who put their goals out there. I love it.
Look at Audrey Werro - saying today she was going for the world record.
Knowing next month Hodgkinson is going for the WR, after saying it for months. Whether it works for you, or it doesn't, I admire it.
I just can't go those "I'm just going to see how it goes, I don't have a goal" because the majority of the time that's not true.
Obviously sometimes people are truthful in that. Last week I didn't have a real time goal for the WHW. I just wanted to have a good day out.
But if it's a big goal for you - I think you should tell people out loud what it is.
People say - I'll believe it when I see it. I think that's wrong.
What you should say is - When I believe it then I will see it.
Say your goals out loud, commit to it, and you'll have an advantage over your yesterday self already.

Hopefully you there there tomorrow. And if you're ready to commit to new goals you can click here
