It's the last Run Rhaw session of the year tomorrow.
That strange wee period between Christmas and New Year when no one knows what day it is.
Thank you to everyone who has supported anything Run Rhaw throughout the year. It's been amazing. From taking the sessions to the big smoke and the East, to many race starts, and many finish lines, team relays and some incredible individual performances, I've loved every single bit of it.
I can't wait to see what the next year brings.
If you're wanting to start the new year with a social run, then we are meeting at the Queen of the Loch at 1030 for the Whisky run. Up Stoney, at a very sociable pace. You don't need to drink Whisky, but please feel welcome to come along. There will be plenty stops (hydration stations) and as always, we start together and finish together.
If I don't see you tomorrow for the last Monday of the year, hopefully catch you at the whisky run (0ther drinks welcome) or on the 5th for the first session of the year.
Here is this weeks session;
Consistent long reps and then a faster pace for the 1 minute efforts.
Thanks as always for all the support.
