I had a great weekend away in the van there. We were fed up of the rain and decided to chase the sun for a weekend. It worked.


It did mean though that I missed 2 x 2 hour planned runs. I could have done them when away, but it was a weekend full of excuses.


That's fine every now and again. But if I'm wanting to perform well - consistency is the biggest key to success. It's fine missing one weekend now and again, but make sure missing the weekends doesn't become your consistency.
