Run Rhaw - The Mile

The Mile    After a short notice cancellation last time around, we go again!    A 1 mile race - the route will be 1 big loop of Argyll Park, and then 1 small loop. The exact start/finish line will be explained on the night.    2 Strava segments are picked up during this (big loop, wee loop). There will be a prize for anyone who takes both Strava crowns (male and female) and the times will be read out in the race briefing.    

Numbers depending, there will hopefully be a male and a female race.    Like all Run Rhaw events, this is aimed at improvement and encouraging others to improve performance and achieve their goals. and again like all Run Rhaw events, whatever your level, whatever the clouds 🤘
