After the New Year Day social Monday Night Rhaw is back, every Monday for the remainder of the year - let's do this! Who will hit the most Monday Night Rhaw Sessions this year?
This session is similar to what we done last month - it's a good one to get everyone's legs moving fast at the start of the year and has a bit of everything;
Aim to run the 4 minute efforts at around your 10K pace, and the 2 minute efforts at around your 5K pace. The recovery is short after this but going back into the 10K effort is really useful for the varying paces and efforts you need to hit during a race.
Followed up by everyone's (well no-ones) favourite finish - 3 x 1 minute efforts which should be done at almost max effort to get you out that comfort zone on already tired legs.
