Well after a few weeks of no emails we are back to it.Â
Must like my training, it's been inconsistent!
But it happens. As much as consistency is the best thing for improvement, sometimes it doesn't always go that way and we need to do what we can with the time we have.Â
But it's important we get back at it when we can.Â
This session again is aimed at improving and working towards the upcoming 10K races.Â
Aim to run the longer efforts just slightly faster than your 10K race effort, and the shorter efforts a little faster than this.Â
