I can see how many visitors are live on my website at any time.
I can't see who they are, but I can see if there are live visitors.
Every Sunday when i go on I can see there are a few people on.
Looking to get ahead and see the session before I send it out :)
It's good to try and get ahead. Especially with running.
We all race and at times this can be about getting ahead on whoever is around you.
But the biggest thing to do to get ahead?
Consistency.
Boring but it's true. Keep showing up day after day.
There are two times to work hard;
When you feel like it. And when you don't.
Let's keep the streak going or if not then let's get it started.
