10K season is in full swing. Well done if you ran Shettleston yesterday.Â
Some of the team will be at Dumbarton and Helensburgh, it'll be good to see some club colours out there. I'm getting out the comfort zone and running Dumbarton.Â
Like many others, I follow a plan for running. It helps me. It helps push me when I don't feel like it. Like doing a 10K race - they aren't fun if that's not your jam, but it helps when you're racing a marathon in a few weeks.Â
And that's what counts. There are two times to work hard - when you feel like it, and when you don't feel like it.Â
This weeks session is similar to The Classic which we did a few weeks ago. The first effort just slightly quicker than 10K pace, and hit the short ones at around your 5K pace.Â
Hope to see you there - please tag me in the socials so I can see your effort.Â

Let's go run some loops :)
