
This week I'm down in London for the Capital Radio Summer time ball and I'll be missing my first Run Rhaw session of the year!Â
Which means I'm missing a Monday running!Â
I've actually missed a load of running since my 100K race, I do like a training break after such a big build up.Â
But sometimes it drags on longer than planned.Â
And that's ok.Â
But what's important is that you don't kick the arse out that for too long.Â
Take the down time, take the mental break as well as the physical one.Â
But also take time to think about your next race and goals, and get back to some consistency.Â
It's the single biggest thing you can do to improve your running.Â
