With marathon season nearly coming to an end, we are straight into 10K season.


The races come thick n fast here, with some already having raced the first Babcock one yesterday at Shettleston.


So it's time again for one of my favourite 10K sessions there is;


The Classic.


10 mins at 10K effort/pace (I wouldn't recommend going any faster unless you want a tough second half).


And then 10 x 1 minute HARD effort, with 1 minute standing recovery.


If you do this right - the 1 minute efforts will feel like they last forever and the 1 minute recovery will feel like its over in seconds!
