Consistency is probably the most important thing when it comes to improvement.


Motivation comes and goes and it can't be relied on when things get tough.


What really pushes us forward and our fitness levels in the right direction is consistency.


Let's commit to showing up, week on week, one run at a time.


When the light nights come round you'll be glad you were consistent on those Monday night sessions.

A fast start here - aim for these around your 5K pace or slightly faster, then hit the 5 minute efforts between 5 and 10K effort.
