
It was supposed to be raining here all weekend this week.
I'd had enough of it and wanted a better weekend.
So we looked at the weather and then headed to the East Coast.
It was a great weekend and what a change to make you feel great.
I sometimes think thats the same way with running - you go through the same workouts every week and you never get any change.
It's good to change it up sometimes and do some different training.
And that's what we have this week - some longer efforts with some short sharp in the middle, and then a longer one at the end.
Good to simulate the mid race break to the pack in front of you.
