Mrs Run Rhaw was away on holiday this weekend. And still is. Which is outrageous in itself.
So I was in charge of the little Run Rhaw'ers.
I knew this was coming so I actually planned out what I was doing all weekend, with everything.
Planned the kids clothes, how many washings I would do (more than one by the way) what I'd get up to with the kids each day and when we would do it.
I even planned when I was going to do the running plans for the week.
Even though it was a full on weekend, I found it pretty easy.
I think that's because I planned it out. It's just the way I work.
Had I needed to think on the hoof, I'd have found it harder and I'd have got to tonight and everything would still need done.
That's the way I feel about my running too. I prefer it all planned out and then I don't need to think about it, I can leave that head noise out then just get on with what is planned, give it my all without the need of thinking about anything else.

Here is this weeks session;

A little pyramid number. 10K pace on the way up, then try and hit faster than that on the way back down.
Hope to see you there. I need to shoot away sharp to do the 5 minute tidy up before Mrs Run Rhaw is home.....
