A great weekend of racing for some of the Run Rhaw team.

The Jedburgh 3 peaks was the longest of the races and Paul Broad had an excellent day out, whilst carrying his heavy pack, and then we had the Acorn Dunky race today which was well supported by the team. The Run Rhaw socks made us a little faster :)

Short, muddy trails make for a good mornings racing. This is also the case next week when some of the team are heading to the Chilli race.

If you're doing this, or if you're not - this is a great wee session to get the legs burning.

Hit the 5 minutes around 10K pace - then hit the 2 minute efforts at faster than 5K effort. This is a good way to simulate a race when you're already working hard but you're looking to close the gap in front, or to kick away from the person who is clinging onto your heels.

Hope to see you there!
