Some people may have already given up on their New Year Revolutions (as daughter number 1 calls it).
But hopefully not. And if you're reading this and think you missed the first week and maybe you should skip out again - well you already know what I'd say to that.
Monday is the best day of the week. Start the week right and the rest of your week will be great.
Win the morning win the day as Hammy says (fightweight fitness if anyone wants a circuit class to start the day).
Old habits don't open new doors. So if you're sitting here on a Sunday and reading this and don't ever come along - start now and see how good your week can be by hitting the Monday hard.
